  • Intensified the Bank’s advocacy on financial discipline and practical wealth management thru the conduct of Project ₱er@parasyon

  • Implemented Project Pink, a breast cancer awareness program for teaching and non-teaching staff designed to raise their level of awareness on the prevention and early detection of breast cancer

  • Promoted weather knowledge and disaster preparedness through the conduct of Disaster Risk Reduction 101 training sessions nationwide in collaboration with Aboitiz Foundation Inc, Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation and Local Government Units

  • Provided tools and upgraded educators’ online teaching skills through Project Agile: Learning Series for Teachers and HEROES 2021 (Help Educators Rise to Online Education SY 2020-2021) in partnership with Thames International, EduRescue Philippines, and Akadasia Singapore

  • Mobilized the provision of safety and sanitation essentials through the nationwide implementation of Brigada Eskwela to complement DepEd’s efforts in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of teachers, students, and non teaching personnel

  • Provided technological support and learning equipment, printing materials and supplies as well as hand washing facilities to help schools adjust to the expectations of the new normal ways of teaching and learning

  • Partnered with MentalHealthPH and introduced Project #BetterMe, a mental wellness program for our education frontliners to enable them to develop self-care strategies and provide practical ways to take better care of their mental well-being amidst the challenges they face in the new normal

  • Launched the National Economic Development and Values Formation webinar series in partnership with University of Asia and the Pacific to revitalize character-building and values formation programs in schools and help contribute to economic recovery

  • Equipped private educational institutions and state universities through the conduct of livecast series on Education 4.0: Future-Proofing Institutions to share best practices in online delivery, focusing on trends and opportunities in the new education environment

Occupational Health and Safety Committee was created within the workplace tasked with the authority to plan, develop and implement OSH policies and programs, monitor,evaluate, , and investigate all aspects of the work pertaining to the safety and health of the employees.

Paperless Transactions

    One way to reduce our carbon footprint is to go digital with our transactions. Hence the following digital initiatives were launched:
  • Accepting client transactions through our digital tools -Loan Ranger Mobile app and Talk to Maria chatbot for our clients, and Loan Ranger tablets for our team members
