City Savings Bank opened its 6th branch in Region 1 at Alaminos City, Pangasinan last June 26; this is 46th in Luzon and 79th branch nationwide.

Peter Bugarin, Head Cooperative Department of Alaminos City, Teodora Nabor, D.A., Assistant School Division Superintendent of Pangasinan and Arturo Viray, Chief School Governance and Operations Division of Alaminos City joined the CitySavings team led by Catalino Abacan, President and Chief Executive Officer, Mon Dimapilis, UnionBank First Vice President for Facilities Management, Marson Senica and Salvador Juganas, Regional Business Head and Regional Operations Head for Northern Luzon respectively.

“Meron po akong hinandang tatlong letter “P”, ang una po ay paalala sa aming mga kasamahan dito na ang patron saint ng lugar na ito ay si San Jose na kilala na patron ng manggagawa, so paalala po ito na we should govern give good service to our teachers and other clients. Ang pangalawang letter “P” ay pangako, pangako po namin sa mga guro na magiging matapat na paglilingkod at matapat na transactions ang makukuha sa bangko ito. At ang pangatlong letter “P” naman ay ito po, hiling namin sa mga guro ay ang inyong pagtangkilik sa bangkong ito. Gusto po namin marating ang lahat ng lugar at mapagserbisyohan ang mga guro (I have prepared three letter “P”. First is “paalala” (reminder) to our colleagues here that the patron saint of this place is St. Joseph who is known as the patron saint of workers, a reminder that we should govern good service to our teachers and other clients. Second is “pangako” (promise) to our teachers that we will be honest and straightforward with the transactions. Lastly is “pagtangkilik” (patronage), our wish to our teachers is your patronage to this bank. We want to reach all areas and provide service to our teachers)” shared Abacan.

The branch located at Quezon Avenue, Poblacion Alaminos City, Pangasinan expects to serve more than 6,600 public school teachers in the municipalities/cities of Pangasinan I and Alaminos City.
