Project #BetterMe aims to raise awareness on the importance of mental health, promote good mental health practices and reduce the stigma, and create a positive and inclusive working and learning environment. In partnership with MentalHealthPH, AKVO Applied Psychology Center and other local psychologists, this program enable teachers to care for their mental wellbeing.
